I just finished For Young Men Only and I decided to hop on here and start chatting. So, hello all. I've sort of lurked a little and the community here seems to be pretty cool, so I look forward to talking with all of you. I'm going to be purchasing For Young Women Only this week and getting through it as well.

You could just say your first name, if you don't want to be googled or anything =P haha

My name is David. I've switched the display name to show that. I'm not sure why I had DA as my display name. I think I was just trying to quickly get through the registration, haha.

Hello all.

Locke, are you named after the philosopher or is that truly your name?

Nope, Locke isn't my real name. I picked it based on a book with a character who calls himself Locke (and HE is named after the philosopher).

Ender's Game. But if you're not into science/military fiction then it probably won't interest you much.

I love Ender's Game! Man, I can't remember which character was Locke though. The last time I read it I wasn't really aware of the philosopher. I've read all the sequels except Children of the Mind. Also, have you read Ender's Shadow and all of those subsequent sequels? I've read all of them except the last one, of course. That series is brilliant.

Locke was Peter Wiggin's pseudonym while he posted on the nets. You don't hear much about him in Ender's Game, but the sequels greatly expand on that. And yep, I have every book in the series.
