I am a Christian high school girl. I'm not super shy and definately not backwards around guys but I am not outgoing. I prefer to talk about deeper, more serious subjects and I don't crack jokes alot with guys. And I HATE TO FLIRT!!! Even my mom, a great conservative Christian woman, thinks that you should not be afraid to flirt a little, because "boys like it." I am actually pretty funny when I'm with my friends that are girls, but around guys I feel more comfortable just laughing with them or smiling. I don't know... I guess what I wanna know is this: Are any guys attracted to girls that are just sweet and not loud and flirty and hilarious? Thanks for reading this and answer please!!

God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of POWER, of LOVE, and of SELF-DISCIPLINE. So do not be afraid to testify about our LORD.

yes yes yes yes yes!

I am a very loud, probably obnoxious sometimes, and sarcastic person. I get along really easily with almost anybody I meet. it's always been easy for me to communicate with people and meet new friends.

BUT (biggg but!), I have this one friend who's probably my exact opposite. she's quiet, reserved, smiley (okay, I am, too), not sarcastic unless she's very comfortable with you, and her laugh can't be heard from across a room (like mine). guess what? she's dating THE MOST amazing guy ever! I couldn't ask for God to bless her any better. I can even describe how I feel about them, it's just way too wonderful to put into words.

in other words... heck yeah, there's hope! my friend didn't come onto this guy AT ALL, she just met him through her family and his, and bam! he's head over heels for her. you stick to your guns, girl, and God will bless you for that, more than you could ever ask or hope for!

*smiles and giggles in an extremely cheesy, sappy way* =]

You may as well come quiet.

yes, most definately!!! i have had crushes in a couple very quiet girls, and now i'm friends w/ them!! especially if u laugh at any corny jokes thay make(only if u like the guy... correct me if wrong) orat least just try 2 talk... like i never could talk 2 girls and now it's like a habit 2 me... now it does get a little harder 4 me 2 talk 2 a girl i like but i still try my best! so as long as u just b urself everything should go cool!! and dont try 2 act like some1 u aren't 2 try and impress a guy cause eventually we'll find out that ur not the person we thought u were! anywho, hope thats at least somewhat helpful!!

Dream big dreams and trust the Planner of the universe to bring you your big love!!

I have seen guys go after both quiet and loud girls, but I have noticed that the guys who go after the quiet girls usually do because they are actually attracted to her quietness; she is like a mystery that they want to solve. Also, if a girl is quiet, it usually shows that she keeps things to herself which tells a guy that she won't blurt out his secrets if he ever confides in her -and guys like that; honesty and trustworthiness. Guys may not feel secure being with a girl who will tell their secrets to the world, and therefore probably won't share many personal things with her for fear of having their inner most thoughts revealed. But if a girl shows trustworthiness through thinking before she speaking and showing that she can hold secrets, than a guy will most likely connect with her because he feels safe that he can tell her things that he can't tell anyone else. And through sharing this with her, he will grow closer to her.

I hundred percent agree with Jackie. Quiet girls are the first girls I notice. There is that mystery and getting actual time with her talking is more special then getting time with someone who talks all the time. But then again there is just something I can't explain that will make me more attracted to them. Sucks because I talk all the time.
