Ok firstly... everyone, you kinda need to watch how you word stuff, cuz even me just reading your posts, it doesn't come out the way you were meaning...
secondly, david, I have been in your position and still am, Im 21 and never had an "official" boyfriend.
now onto answering. firstly, never ever think you're out of someone's league. that is a worldly horrible way people have catagorized people, and you are worth far more than any label.
2nd, i donno if it says so in FYMO, I think it does in FYWO, that you are a child of God and are completely capable of talking to anyone you wish to, and matter of fact like anyone as well.
as for the non christian thing, not saying she is, but in general... Been there done that, was a horrible outcome... and he turned out to be gay and never told me.
AHEM. 
I'd say if you're just looking for someone to love, dont go for it, just because, I think it's not the right reasons for starting a relationship.
if you're wanting to show love to people, try doing something for others, like for me, I help out (volinteering) at mainly music and I dance with preschoolers... and aparently their parents say they're my biggest fans. and just getting to be a positive rolemodel for little kids, it's amazing how much better you feel about yourself and i donno about others, but i'm overwhelmed about how God uses me to reach others.
not saying you have to dance with little kids... haha.
so you're 16... do you go to youthgroup?
could you ask to maybe be an assistant leader? and help others in the youth with whatever stuff their going through? i donno... find out your interests, like sport or whatever, and find a way you can do stuff for others (like my bro likes soccer, and so he organises soccer matches for the youth against other youth groups etc.)
and about the girl thing... just pray and ask God to bring the right girl for you into your life in his timing, cuz it's not worth going through a bunch of girls and having to lob all that baggage into your (evenutal) marriage. I'd hate to tell my husband he was number 50 on my list and you also save them from heartache too.
if a girl rejects you, dont feel down, because it just means God has someone even more amazing out there for you. and never ever think of yourself as a loser, cuz as a christian, you're already a winner! |

haha because it is kinda hard to write down what you're thinking in your head, and in your head it makes sense, but on paper is so confusing I had to think for ages how to write it down. haha.
