Hello,
I need some advice in handeling my situation. I dont know what to do. Recently, I met a really amazing guy through my freind, on a party. During the party, I really starrted falling for that guy, he was really nice, sweet and just kind to me and he stared at me constantly with a cute smile . After that night I sat in my car, and really thought I met the one who I will marry. But the next day, I got a chance to see him again and we had like a really small talk like only hi and bye thing. He was tired he said so i thought oh well. But a week later me and my freind so and hang out together, and I saw him there again. This time we didnt talk at all-not a word, not a hi or a bye. I am so lost. Anybody can explain this behavior? Now I am doubtimg that he is the one, although I do wish that he was.  |

I dont want to make anyone mad or get them offended by any means...... this is what i personally think.....
i think you should just pray about it and leave it all up to God. you dont have to do it, but thats what im doing...and im only 17. if you think about it, 16 and 17 seems alittle young to be worrying about the right guy to marry,, If its gods will he will make it happen.... God has the perfect man out there for you, you just have to wait, so in the mean time maybe you could pray about it.. |

| One night seems like a very short time to decide to marry someone, when you aren't in an arranged marriage at least =P Maybe you connected with this guy, but I agree, maybe God doesn't plan for you two to marry. Maybe this guy picked up on your feelings and got nervous, since he's probably around your age [??] and perhaps isn't ready for such a serious romantic relationship |

| well 16 to 21 is a bigger difference than it will seem in a few years pray about it...give your feelings time to cool down. I'm sure glad God had different ideas than the ones I had about guys!haha don't worry about it too much, if God has an idea he WILL make something work! |

ok I sympathise with you. except in my case i was the older one.
but honestly, dont make the same mistake I did. twice now I've thought I was gonna marry a guy, and got horribly hurt.
pray about it, and id suggest, dont go on emotions, as they can fool you. get to be friends with a guy first, and preferably one your own age. and wait for a decent one who will talk to you first (though just cuz a guy talks to you first, doesn't mean he's the one, found that out the hard way too )

Thanks for all of your replies.
The thing is that age doesnt matter to me at all. And jojo, I have been hurt like that one time to, but i didnt think he was the one.I prayed and everything seemed right, but at the end nothing happened. And thats what I am afraid of-to get hurt again. i cant understanf his behavior, its so weird. But this guy is just perfect.
Anyone else has anything to say? Guys and gals? |
