| Hey guys,
It's Lauren. I haven't been on here in a while and I actually forgot my account so I had to start a new one. I was just wondering if I was the only one in college on here. If not, I would like to know what schools people are going to and what your major is. I attend Adelphi University and I'm an Art Ed. major and I'm currently going into my second semester of my sophamore year. |

Hey, Lauren! =] I'm in my second semester at a local community college, and I'm getting my associates in general studies. As a guy once told me when I said that, "Oh, so basically you have no idea what you're doing!" I do know that I like working at the library, but there isn't a degree for that, so I'm just getting any degree, and the asso. in gen ed means that after I take the core requirements, I can take almost any class that I want to fill out the rest of the credits! |

LOL I'm 20... 21 in 3 months. I went to Excel School of Performing Arts for my first college year. I did a Dance major. I'm going to Ministry Training College this year (hopefully, need prayer for this... Have my interveiw on Friday. your Thursday ) and I'm doing youth leadership, creative arts and worship i think, as my majors. I had 2 years off doing youth leadership at my church. If I don't go to MTC, I'll try Uni, It'll be Auckland Uni doing a Bachelor of Dance Studies. |

| Well I haven't been in college for two years now due to moving around a lot. However I am planning on going back next semester. I'll be continuing to study sign language so that I may become an interpreter. ~Kid Love |

| Sign language? You're awesome! I'm not going to collage and have no interests really. I have a full time job and I'm a hands on person, book work isn't my thing. Though I would love to do remodeling. Give me wood, hammer and nails and I'm on cloud 9. I'm hoping to re finish a couple of rooms in our house this summer. I'm considering getting my CNA (certified nurse's assistant) license since I am an in home caregiver and if I got my CNA I could get other jobs like that. God certainly has a way of bringing what's on the bottom of the list to the top. I never wanted to do this kind of work! |

| My problem is, I have too many interests! There is so much I'd like to do. However my uncle is the deaf ministries for my organization, which is the UPC. So I've always been extremely interested in sign language. My aunt said that when I get licensed, I will be voicing for him when he preaches at different churches. Three other deaf pastors wives have said the same. It's an interest that I've always had, plus it gives me the chance to further the Kingdom of God. So that will be the main thing I'm studying. But I've always had this plan to take at least one semester of college for the rest of my life. You can never learn too much (: ~Kid Love |

Sign language, awesome. I know some sign language but am still learning. I guess I have a little bit of an advantage since my church has a sign language church and ministry so I sit with them in church. Two of my friends took sign language class at church and are heavily involved in the deaf church so I'm always asking them how to say things.

I'm starting up sign language again! I'm doing sign language both at school and church so I'm learning a lot of stuff. This weekend I went to deaf church and their valentines day lunch. I had so much fun and the woman in charge of the deaf ministry ask me to go to the north east deaf conference with them this summer which I'm thinking of doing. |
