| okay so i heard that guys dont' like girls that are clingy and too nosy, but i care about my boyfriend and what he does. so does it come across as clingyness and nosyness if i ask like what he's doing in the week and stuff like that? where's the line? how much is too much? |

"Needy" might be a better way to descibe it.
To answer the question, it depends on how it comes across. If you're asking out of curiosity, then no, I don't think it comes across as nosy. The line to draw is when you're asking for an unnecessary account of his actions (not saying you are mind you! ). That's when most of us get defensive, when we feel we have to justify ourselves.
Also, if it comes down to it, just ask him! Hope that helped! |

Lucky A said it right about the asking out of curiosity, and because you're interested in him and his life. That's awesome when a girl is interested in us, and at least tries to be interested in what we do(although I have yet to find a girl who's as excited about guns, bows, hunting, trucks, tractors, tools, airplanes, etc. as I am . When someone(anyone) starts asking nit-picky targeted questions about where and when and with who, etc., I can smell it a mile away, and it stinks. I'm speaking for myself here. Oh, one more thing...be careful on the "why" questions. "Why did you go over there?" Why were you hanging out with HER/THEM?" "Why didn't you call me last night?" "Why were you late for church this morning?" These kinds of questions can make a guy feel like she thinks he doesn't know what he's doing, and he needs "mother hen" to keep him in line. Grant does not like mother hen. Mother hen very bad. I don't know if this helps you at all or not...Good luck! |

grant said it pretty good. maybe a couple times a day I'll ask my friend (not quite bf yet) what he's doing just because I'm curious and he asks me. We we have an un written rule to tell eachother what we are doing. And that's a good thing. he rolled his truck down the side of a mountain and was stuck up there alone all night and I was sure glad he kept me posted what and where he was!! I still worried like crazy though I think if you are trying to get every little detail out then it gets nosey. "I saw you talking to so and so what did he say, what did you say. Do you like that girl I saw you talking to?" those kind of questions are really not always your business. though I'll admit i get that way some times. You can tell if you're being a pain because the guy will get annoyed, shut up, or start saying really off the wall things to get you to stop. |

yeah its easier for me to leave out the nosy part because we dont' go to the same school so there's alot of our relationship thats just trust. but i'll be online and be like "oh so how was your day, what are you doing tomorrow, etc" or i'll be texting him and being like "oh so what ya doin, who's in your class, when do you get out of ____" and he doesnt' get annoyed at anything (which is nice but makes him a little hard to read!). |

Sounds like there needs to be a turkey hunt planned in Kansas next spring! LOL They're all over the place now. Depending on how hard they've been hunted, it's not that hard, but it's a RUSH!!! Nothin' like a big ol' tom in full strut spittin' and drummin' 20 yards away showin' off for your decoy, and hammering right back at ya every time you call. Love it! I really wish more girls hunted. I think there's alot of them that would love to, but are too shy to ask a guy to go with them, or don't because of peer pressure, etc. Jes, what state do you live in if you don't mind me asking? Just curious what kind of game you can go after. Does anyone in your family hunt that you could go with? Oh, and yeah, John Deere is awesome. GreenStarII with RTK is sweet!!! Set it up with the implement, rates, boundaries, etc., drive 49', then kick back and enjoy the ride and turn it around at the ends. with straight rows and 1/2" accuracy. |

don't get too technical there Grant...I am a girl!!hehehe We had a field with over 100 turkeys in it and all the males out strutting. I get a kick out of that. Hey Jess guys are more fun to hunt with! they don't get scared I get paranoid about bears and moose and my brothers and their friends are calm as beans! haha Liz...mucking barns is good experience! every year when it came time to muck out the goat pen my brothers would whine and I'd just grab a pitch fork and wheel barrow and do it myself. I actually enjoy it! I just got a horse and I think I'll get to do a lot of mucking! |
