Ok. U might remeber me. my situaton is tyhat i like this girl who may or maynot like me back. ive had several people say either way. but ive come to a realization and a decision. my Q is would u girls appreciae it if a guy did this concerning u. So my realization is... i am in no way ready for a relationship. im not financialy able to support any1, i dont have time cuz i am starting college and have a part time job, and it pains me to admit it but im not spiritualy or mentaly ready (in other words mature enough) for a relation ship. so ive decided that im gonna put my feelings aside (not lose them just not let them get in the way of either of our lives) untill im ready: meantally, physicaly,spiritually, and financially, to enter into a realationship. So girls, good decision? bad decision? would u b glad if a guy did the same for u?

Good decision. Definitely. If you know you're not ready for a relationship (and your very question shows your maturity in this situation) then it would be best for both you and the girl in question to not enter into a relationship. Personally I would respect a guy less if I knew he was entering into a relationship he knew he wasn't ready for.

I wish more people would come to that realization! You don't have to be "in a relationship" to be "committed" to each other- does that make sense? Sometimes it isn't possible to do that and not fall into the trap of acting like you're dating, and if you're trying to wait but your actions aren't following through, that is usually death to the relationship. But if you could both decide that you'd like to get to know each other better, as friends, to maybe someday date/court/whatever, that can be a great thing.

I think that is awesome. You're doing some very un-selfish thinking and that is totally cool! ...and that's my two cents worth. maybe even less than that.

Good decision, and glad you realised it now at your age. haha I only just realized that for myself, lol. I'm scared to just look after myself financially just while studying at uni haha. but yes! GOOD PLAN!
