Hey, how's it going?
Yeah, I've been on here for a while...but this is my first time to post I do enjoy reading the advice you all give to each other.
So, I was just wondering, what do ya'll think of the "right brain/left brain" thing? |

| Well, while studying psychology I came across the terms "Right Brained" and "Left Brained", speaking respectively of the creative side of the brain and the logical side. |

oh my goodness, my mom is into this "It's just my nature" thing where there are four personality types, 1's like the center of attention and bright colors etc. 2's (she says I'm a 2) are quiet and think things through carefully, and ask a lot of questions. 3's are bold and opinionated, and 4's think things are very black-and-white and enjoy leadership responsibilities. And everyone is all four of those things, but in varying degrees.
So my point being that after all of these personality categorizing things I've heard of, I think they almost all have some truth to them. There are just so very many variables in everyone's lives... |

I remember doing the left-brain right-brain test in freshman year of high school. It said I was a strong left brain personality then, but I'm probably became more whole brained (in the middle) as I did more creative things. For instance, I've acted in plays and musicals, I can play the guitar, I love to travel, and see and do unique things. On the logical side of things, I'm studying criminal justice and law in college (I've started my 1st year!) and am in a professional fraternity in CJ too! As with all things I guess it's all about balance!
If you're interested in personality theories like the Brain Dominance, you might want to look into the Meyers-Briggs and Enneagram tests too! My two cents! |

| I dont see why people get so hooked on that. Honestly, we know what are personality's are i dont think we need to take tests to tell us whether we use are left or right brain more haha but whatev |

| I've taken personality tests but never heard of the right brain left brain thing. I don't think I have a brain. though according to Adelynn I'd be a 3 or 4.lol |
